SAINT
MICHAEL SCHOOL REGISTRATION PROCESS
REGISTRATION
An Application for
Admission must be filled out for each child seeking enrollment in Saint Michael
School.
The
Application for Admission must then be submitted to the school for
consideration.
SCREENING
TEST
Upon
receipt of a fully completed Application for Admission, Saint Michael School
will meet with the parents/guardian and student and will administer a screening
test. Screening tests and interviews
will be held at the time of registration or during the week of February 4th
through February 8th, 2008.
ACCEPTANCE
/ WAITING LIST
A
Notification of Acceptance or letter indicating placement on the waiting list
will be mailed by the end of February.
COMPLETION
OF REGISTRATION PROCESS
Upon
Notification of Acceptance, the following must be forwarded to Saint Michael
School within ten (10) days in order to secure the child’s placement:
* Birth certificate;
* Baptismal certificate (if baptized);
* Current immunization records; and,
* $60.00 Registration fee.
If
all of the above are not received within ten (10) days of Notification of
Acceptance, the placement will be offered to the next waiting child.
