PARISH PASTORAL & FINANCE COUNCILS
There will be an important meeting for all members of both our Parish Pastoral and Finance Councils on Tuesday, May 29th at 7:00 pm in Saint Michael School's conference room. Please, all members of these councils are encouraged to attend.
ATTENTION - PARISH ORGANIZATIONS
All Parish organizations are asked to submit their calendar of events and activities for next year (September 2012 - June 2013) to Bernadette at the Rectory no later than Thursday, June 14th.
ALTAR SERVERS AND YOUTH CHOIR
Please mark your calendar NOW for Tuesday, June 26th, for our annual outing at Canobie Lake Park! Information will be mailed to you concerning time, etc. at the beginning of June. So, please plan to join us for this day of fun and appreciation ... we truly thank you for all you do for Saint Michael Parish.
CONFIRMATION DATE SET FOR THIS FALL
We are pleased to announce that the Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated here in Saint Michael Parish next fall on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 4:00 pm. The Regional Episcopal Vicar of the Merrimack Region, the Very Rev. Arthur Coyle, will be the celebrant of the sacrament. All Confirmation candidates are asked to please mark their calendars NOW!
ADULT CONFIRMATION CLASSES
Classes are open to all adults who are interested in receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. Classes will be held on consecutive Wednesday evenings, September - October, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm in Saint Michael School Conference Room. For more information or to register for the Adult Confirmation Classes please call our Pastoral Associate, Lisa Crowley, at the rectory 978-459-0713.
PROJECT RACHEL-POST ABORTION MINISTRY
If you or a loved one are seeking a life-changing experience of healing and reconciliation from post-abortion pain, call Project Rachel at 508-651-3100 for information about services offered. Project Rachel can assist you in contacting a counselor, a priest, or a person who has gone through a similar circumstance. Project Rachel is there to assist you in whatever healing or concerns you may need. All calls are confidential.
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION
Registration forms for all our Grades Pre-K thru 10 starting in September 2012 will be mailed to parents / guardians of children who attended our Religious Education program this past year. Forms are also available at the Rectory, on-line at the parish website: saint-michael.com or by calling the Religious Education Office at 978-458-1617. The registration fee remains the same, $60 per child with a $120 family maximum. After September 1st, a Late Fee of $10 per child will apply with no family maximum. Grade 11 Confirmation students - fee is $30 with the Late Fee also applying after September 1st. Classes for Grades 9 and 10 will begin in January. If you and your family are new to our Religious Education Program, please include a copy of your child's/children's baptismal certificate. Please call the Religious Education Office if you have any questions.
