Religious Education Registration Information
Registration Form for Grades Pre-K through 6 and the Confirmation Program (Grades 7+)
Documentation of Baptism is required for all new children to the program. If your child was not Baptized at St. Michael’s please provide a copy of your child’s Baptism certificate to our Religious Ed Office. Those children Baptized at St. Michael’s do not need to submit a baptismal certificate.
Adult Faith Formation

Tuition and Payments:
All Grades (including the Confirmation Program): $90 per student; $200 maximum per family.
Tuition payments can be made by the following options:
1) Come to the Rectory with your payment during normal business hours from 9am-4pm, Monday through Thursday.
2) Mail in your payment to Saint Michael Parish, 543 Bridge Street, Lowell, MA 01850. Cash and checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to: Saint Michael Parish.
